The program is available through our Training App. Once you enter your personal details and email, you will be invited to our Training App. Once you've had your introductory call with your coach, your program will be uploaded onto the Training App for you to follow. During that setup time, we will have workouts for you to try until your personalised one program is made.
No, our Personalised Programs are made for you to fit your equipment and how you'd like to train, whether that be at home, in the park, at the gym or a badminton court, we will program it to suit your lifestyle.
Yes. A subscription ensures you are held accountable and committed to build on your progress. Your BADFIT coach will regularly update your workouts, with ongoing support from me and my team to help you reach your goals. When you purchase, you'll be automatically charged weekly for the first 12 weeks, beyond the 12 weeks it is week by week and you can stop any time.
Yes! It’s important to me that anyone in the world no matter where you are can access this program to help improve your health and badminton from specialised coaches.
We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a theraband and small weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home on the set up form.

Personalised programs are perfect for beginners. The training program is entirely tailored to you, where you are at in your fitness and badminton journey and your goals you are working towards. So if you are new to the gym or badminton our coach will guide you and ease you into it.
Our personalised programs can be tailored around injuries. It's important to consult your doctor or a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have an existing injury. As this is a personalised program, we can adapt it to include exercises that have been cleared by your physio or doctor and focus on developing other areas.
The time commitment will vary depending on your goals, current level and individual progress - in your introductory call with your BADFIT coach they will get to understand your goals and weekly schedule and work with you to create a structured training week that works within your schedule - whether that be a 10 minute footwork session or a 1 hour home strength session, we will work together to create a manageable training program that gets you the results your after.
There is no specific age limit. We have had students as young as 13 years old who have gained strength, knowledge and improved a lot through BADFIT Personalised Programs. It is advisable for younger participants to consult with a parent or guardian and for older participants to consult with a healthcare professional before starting the program.
If you need help or have questions during the program, there are several ways to get support. Firstly, we have weekly check-in messaging where you can ask questions and get support from your BADFIT coach. You can also ask the community for advice or tips, as they will be on the same journey as you and may have insights to share.

No, each month is different as we write programs in 4 week intervals. This will involve a change of exercises, change of type of sessions as you desire and change in reps/sets depending on the training cycle.

There are no additional costs. However, if you want to buy any new equipment (if you don't already have it) that would be a cost to consider.
